Laura Winkel

Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Laura Winkel, 24 years old and from Almelo. I’ve been part of the innovative team at Traffic Today since 2024. I was delighted to be part of the move from Deventer to Enschede – an adventure that proved very challenging for the whole team.

Let me introduce myself a little further! In 2021, I graduated from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Communication. This was an intensive and educational period during which I gained a great deal of knowledge and skills in the fields of communication, online and offline marketing, and media. After completing my degree, I worked at various companies to discover exactly what suited me best. This period of exploration was essential for my personal and professional growth. After spending a few years exploring my options to work out what I really wanted, I eventually came across Traffic Today . And fortunately, it was a match on both sides! I’m currently working as a content marketer specialising in ‘ social ’ at Traffic Today in Enschede.

My responsibilities include writing blogs, website copy such as landing pages, and crafting campaign copy. The diversity of tasks, clients and colleagues makes working at Traffic Today particularly enjoyable and interesting. No two days are the same, which keeps things exciting and challenging.

In my spare time, I enjoy sport; for example, I can be found with the horses every Monday evening, and before I head to the office, I’ve already had my first workout at the gym. I also enjoy going shopping with friends or sitting on a sunny terrace with a lovely drink.

I certainly feel at home at Traffic Today . The team is motivating and friendly, which means I enjoy going to work every day. Do feel free to pop by our office in Enschede and experience the atmosphere for yourself!
